"Moonlight Systems Inc., a next-generation software company formed in January 2000, today unveiled plans to deliver enterprise-grade applications optimized for Linux server deployments and the fast growing Application Service Provider (ASP) market. Moonlight Systems will employ an open source strategy in developing and delivering its products, by providing source code to customers and partners to maximize flexibility and to foster ongoing innovation."
