Re-Imagining Linux Platforms to Meet the Needs of Cloud Service Providers

"There are a lot of great reviews on software out there, but They don't tell the whole story. In other words, a lot of reviewers don't tell you about the bugs and compatibility problems in a program, because they keep getting free software in exchange for glowing reviews. A good example of this is the new version of Mandrake that recently came out. The reviews on it were great, so great in fact, that no one mentioned anything about the down side."

"This was illustrated when one of the reviewers at Tucows Linux got an e-mail from a software maker who said that we should have given his software a better review, rather than pointing out all the errors. I couldn't believe that he e-mailed us about giving his software a better review, because we believe that you need to know about both sides in a review before you install software and find out for yourself that the program has problems."
