"We are very pleased to announce this development partnership agreement with MontaVista Software, the established leader in real-time embedded Linux technology," said Ron Barr, VP of Marketing for XStream Logic. "MontaVista's team has a proven track record for creating powerful software development tools and real-time software. The combination of MontaVista's Hard Hat Linux and associated development tools optimized for XStream Logic's upcoming family of high-performance network processors will provide our customers with a robust development and operating system environment that will dramatically improve their product reliability and time-to-market."
