web standards groups and from numerous HTML designers and other
"Web" people. What they are doing is nothing new in the world of
"Netscape released Navigator/Communicator version 4.0 in

things a web browser doesn't need. And more proprietary stuff like
"Netscape 4.0 is a pain for those designing web sites. By not
supporting many of the standards valid HTML and CSS doesn't show up
or if it does it doesn't work properly. this hinders the ability of
designers to balance form and function."
