"Covalent Technologies announces selection of new CEO."

"Covalent Technologies, Inc. announced today the selection of John M. Jack as President & Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2000. Mr. Jack succeeds Randy Terbush, Covalent's founder, who will continue as Chief Technology Officer after serving as CEO since 1994. Mr. Jack, age 45, was most recently President & CEO of Shaman Corporation and is a former executive with Sybase, Inc. and The Vantive Corporation, now part of PeopleSoft."
