"eLinux, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IdeaMall, Inc., and TeamLinux Corporation, a privately-held company, today jointly announced the launch of a joint initiative to provide professional services designed to enhance the current offering of products, custom configurations and support that eLinux provides, while leveraging the extensive open source and Linux services capabilities of TeamLinux."

"The joint initiative will complement the current infrastructure and technical services offerings of eLinux by providing key enterprise level solutions from TeamLinux. The alliance grows naturally out of the focus that eLinux has placed on providing IT customers with a single point-of-contact for complete design, procurement, deployment and management of interoperable solutions."

"This alliance with eLinux supports the TeamLinux growth strategy which calls for rapid, aggressive growth through the development of strategic partnerships with complementary Linux and open source industry leaders," stated Dan Maher, TeamLinux Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "The value added resulting from this joint initiative will bring substantial value to enterprise customers nationwide."
