"The Object Management Group (OMG) announces LogOn Technology Transfer GmbH's expanded role as international representative to include all of continental Europe. Prior to this expanded role, LogOn was the official representative of the Object Management Group (OMG) for Germany since 1993."

"LogOn will coordinate all OMG activities in continental Europe except for the United Kingdom. Founded in 1991, LogOn Technology Transfer GmbH, is a privately owned company exclusively focused on the Internet Technology, Object Technology and Software Development markets. The company is organized into two operating divisions: Trade Shows and Events and Marketing. Located in Kronberg (Frankfurt) Germany, LogOn handles the promotion and marketing of OMG's Information Days in all of continental Europe."

"With the expansion of its Central European office, LogOn will be able to provide even more information about OMG standards and activities to European companies and governments, and better coordinate OMG's overall activities with other European standards institutions", said Christiane Sattler, managing director at LogOn.
