Re-Imagining Linux Platforms to Meet the Needs of Cloud Service Providers
"Jeramy Smith has announced that penguinppc.org, home of the
Linux PPC port, is hosting the Embedded PowerPC HOWTO."
"The HOWTO, built on discussions from the linuxppc-embedded
mailing list, offers 24 sections of material on building embedded
Linux systems with the Power PC architecture. Some of the
sections in the HOWTO include a discussion of implementing
real-time guarantees, working with various file systems (CramFS,
NFS, Journaling Flash), working with GUIs, and a comprehensive list
of hardware vendors for embedded projects."
