The company's new Red Hat Certified Service Provider Program (RHCSP; yup, it's a mouthful) offers specialized consulting and co-marketing programs, as well as technology and support services for ASP, ISPs, Web hosts, and other types of service providers."

"The program, offers 24 x 7 critical status support, backup systems administration, maximum server availability and systems management to service providers. The program also includes on-site consulting, beta program access, and high-end, "level 3" engineering support and bug fixes...."

"Red Hat's service-provider partnering plans aren't pie in the sky. Early allies include Dell Computer's ISP division, known as DellHost; Interland; Interliant; and NewRiverNet Communications. By the end of the year, Red Hat believes it will have about half-a-dozen more partners."
