Re-Imagining Linux Platforms to Meet the Needs of Cloud Service Providers

[ Thanks to Phil Lavigna of MandrakeSoft for this announcement: ]

With the release of Linux-Mandrake 7.2, many new web pages have been posted in the Demo & Tutorial Center that feature various aspects of Linux-Mandrake 7.2 including the CUPS printing system, the updated graphical installer, new configuration utilities, a KDE2 tutorial and more.

The Demo section offers ''Quick Looks'' at some of the new features introduced in 7.2, and also a brief overview of the updated graphical installer.
You'll also find an extensive walkthrough of the graphical installation process, complete with the three installation options (recommended, custom and expert).
And there's also an overview of the application icons you'll find on the default KDE desktop.

The Tutorial area contains a beginner's lesson on KDE2.

The Spotlight section features Linux 4 Windows which has been updated in 7.2 and now works with Win95, 98 & ME.
You'll also find an overview of how to use the latest Mandrake Update for keeping your Mandrake system up-to-date.

Hope you stop by, your comments and suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,
Phil Lavigna
