LinuxPR: JBSi and Caldera Systems Announce Agreement

"JBSi (Jones Business Systems, Incorporated), a leading distributor of SCO UNIX system products, and Caldera Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CALD), a "Linux for Business" leader, today announced an agreement where JBSi will distribute Caldera's Linux product line nation-wide to UNIX system resellers. Caldera Volution and Caldera's OpenLinux line of products, solutions and services will now be available to the vertical UNIX reseller market through JBSi."

"In August 2000, Caldera announced its intention to acquire the Server Software and Professional Services Divisions of SCO (the Santa Cruz Operation, Inc.). Upon completion of the acquisition, the new Caldera plans to offer Linux and UNIX server solutions and services worldwide."
