Windows 2000 certification initiative. Testing specialist
Lanop, meanwhile, is stepping into the void with its own NT
Certified Independent Professional (NT-CIP) effort."

content. For instance, Lanop's Linux certification program openly

Internet. You will never again be at the mercy of a half-trained
support person in the Microsoft office who would think nothing of
putting you 'on hold' while he or she goes to lunch."
