Just added in the D&TC is a Spotlight review of MenuDrake -- MenuDrake is an easy-to-use graphical utility for creating customized menus.

Also recently updated are pages about installing software packages with RpmDrake and Kpackage. Both applications are used for maintaining software on a system, but they each have their own specialty.

Kpackage is probably best used for installing and removing single packages, such as downloaded RPMs. RpmDrake is used to install software packages from locations that have been "cataloged", such as the Installation CDs. RpmDrake is an "apt-like" utility in that it can resolve dependency problems while installing RPMs -- the command-line equivalent is "urpmi".

The L-M Demo & Tutorial Center is now available to download for offline viewing.

Hope you stop by, your comments and suggestions are always welcome. --
