"Embedix UI has support for Internet and networking capabilities, including full support for HTML 3.2 and a majority of HTML 4.0, JavaScript 1.3, cookies, caching, international character display and the option for SSL 2.0 and 3.0 encryption technology. Additionally, Lineo Embedix UI user interface features a software keyboard, printing capability, infrared support and anti-aliased font rendering for improved display of content on television screens and LCD panels. Embedix UI also has the ability for automatic software updates, giving OEM's the ability to create and update content to multiple devices simultaneously."
