"Red Hat Europe said yesterday that it was preparing to roll out IBM ebusiness software packages running on its Linux platform."

"In the first quarter of next year, two software bundles will be available through Red Hat's channel and on its website: Red Hat Domino Bundle, an integrated messaging, collaboration and web application platform; and Red Hat Linux Small Business Suite, an offering for smaller companies."

"The roll out is the fruit of an August agreement between Red Hat and IBM to pool resources in marketing IBM, Lotus and Red Hat software packages, and furthers Red Hat's strategy of forming collaborative relationships with key vendors. The agreement combines IBM's equity with Red Hat's market-leading position as a Linux operating system."
