"Linux International (LI), the largest vendor association in the Linux industry, unveiled new programs designed to promote Linux use worldwide. Those efforts include co-sponsorship of a Linux Pavillion at all LinuxWorld exhibitions; formation of the LI marketing committee; a collaborative marketing program and the establishment of a case study repository."

"The Collaborative Marketing program allows LI member organizations to leverage their combined strength to reach target markets with a unified Linux message. LI members will be invited to co-sponsor marketing campaigns directed toward specific target markets and to include their company logo in ads developed for these campaigns."
