Here's another Linux backgrounder about the "ragtag army of rebels that uses Linux rather than a Microsoft operating system to run their desktop computers" from an outsider's perspective that nevertheless says no matter how "daunting" and "scary" Linux and its community of users may be, people had "better get used to it."
