"As François Bancilhon moves to the helm of Mandrake, one
of his first duties might be oiling the troubled waters in the
Mandrake 'club,' whose members say that the club they've
encountered in joining the Mandrake association is a bludgeon over
the head.
"Some members of the club complain that while they were quick to
pay for Mandrake 9.0, they're last in line to receive it.
"'Part of the reasons for becoming new club member (silver) and
supporting the effort by buying the box from MandrakeSoft rather
than wait for it in the stores, we were told it would ship in the
last days of October,' writes one user..."
