"The Apache HTTP Server Project has announced Apache 2.0.44, the
seventh public release of Apache 2.0. The release is primarily
concerned with security and bug fixes, but the project said it's
also representative of a change in emphasis to make future upgrades
to new versions easier.
"The announcement placed special emphasis on three security
holes found in the Windows versions of the server, which could
cause it to alternately crash, access inappropriate files, or allow
attackers to run arbitrary code..."
