"Microsoft Co, Ltd said it opened on April 10 an office [in
Tokyo] to promote Shared Source Initiative.
"Under the campaign, the new office is expected to offer source
codes to companies, research/academic institutions, central/local
governments, on condition that they should sign a contract with
