"Businesses seem to be champing at the bit to cut costs by using
free and open source software, but many fail to budget for the
necessary integration and support costs that go along with any
software. Sand Hill Group co-founder M.R. Rangaswami says most
companies turn to FOSS when they're in a fix, and do not plan out
the other costs that may go along with software that was free to
