"Heavens. End game is turning out to be fun. SCO now begs the
court to postpone its bankruptcy by... no, wait, they didn't say
that. They ask for a stay on the Novell motion for partial summary
judgment or preliminary injunction until after the IBM case goes to
trial and is decided. They do seem to be in a bit of a tizzy.
"SCO got used to IBM's gentlemenly ways. Now they are up against
Novell's pit bull lawyers, who think of everything, and don't care
for nuttin', street fighters in the very best sense of the term,
and SCO, who would certainly do the same if the tables were turned
and they had the ammo, is screaming bloody murder and asking the
court to make them stop. Or wait, so SCO can catch its breath and
not get beat to a pulp..."
