Linux Group Helps Create IT Certification Council

"Technical certifications, and what they really mean both to employers and to would-be employees, can be confusing. To help clear up the matter, representatives from the major companies and organizations that support certifications have joined forces to create an international IT certification group, the ITCC (Information Technology Certification Council).
