"Linvo GNU/Linux. Linvo GNU/Linux is a Slackware-based distribution and live CD with GNOME as the default desktop. It contains many popular desktop applications and is designed primarily for newcomers to Linux.

"LPS-Public. Lightweight Portable Security (LPS), developed by US Air Force Research Lab, creates a secure end-node from trusted media on almost any Intel-based computer (PC or Mac). LPS boots a thin Linux operating system from a CD without mounting a local hard drive. Administrator privileges are not required; nothing is installed. LPS-Public is a safer, general-purpose solution for using web-based applications."
