"First word from the bankruptcy hearing today on Darl McBride's
offer to buy SCO's mobility assets. Groklaw's UD has this quick

a little bit ago and thought I'd send a quick update for you.
"The sale of the mobility business to Darl was approved, but he
ended up paying $100,000 for it instead of the original $35,000
because there was a second bidder that responded to the sale ad in
the newspaper. They had an auction this past Monday with a minimum
bid of $100,000 for the outright sale of the assets. Darl bid, the
other party didn't. The judge approved the sale.
