"I did have in mind a different post for this slot
however, a comment on a previous post has prompted me to write this
one. As this legal liability type of opinion has reared its head on
several occasions I feel that it has achieved windows myth status
and needs to be cleaned out.
"The general format of these types of comments are. Due to the
fact that windows is produced by a single company and Linux is not
then there is a target for any legal action which needs to be
taken. With Linux there is no single target that legal action can
be brought against for when things go wrong.
"Can anyone see the problem here? Take a couple of seconds to
mull that statement over and see if you can pick it out. . . . . .
. . Ok, what have you come up with?"
