Re-Imagining Linux Platforms to Meet the Needs of Cloud Service Providers
"So you have installed VirtualBox, you have the Arch ISO image,
and you've blocked off a section of time for this learning
expedition. Let's get started!
"The first step is to start up VirtualBox. Once the program has
started you want to click on New to create a new virtual machine.
After this, follow through the wizard; just accepting the default
values is fine. However, make sure that you tell VirtualBox that it
is an Arch install by selecting Linux as your operating system and
Arch as your version. When you have finished the wizard, you should
see your Arch Virtual Machine in the VirtualBox interface. You can
double click on it to start it."
