"As the GNOME 3.2 desktop environment has just been released,
AMD did not had the chance to test the new AMD Catalyst 11.9 video
driver on it. Therefore, users will encounter various issues.
"The AMD Catalyst 11.9 video driver has support for the
following Linux-based operating systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux,
Novell SUSE Enterprise Linux, openSUSE Linux and Ubuntu Linux.
