Embedone Inc. is a unique Korean corporation responsible
for the development of the embedding technology for StrongARM RISC
CPU and a standard PCI expansion slot.

“On March 1, 2001, Embedone Inc. announced a development board
for ARM Software developers. The event, with about 200 guests,
attracted widespread attention, and was held at the Orchid Room in
the Grand Hotel in Samsung-dong.”

“Many related corporations interested in open systems
architecture using PCI interfaces and many developers with interest
in the development of mobile and wireless products using the
StrongARM CPU attended the tech-savvy happening. Interested
investors and specialist reporters contributed to the importance of
the event. The research team of Embedone Inc., in the presentation
of the product, pointed out that even iPAQ , a leading product of
CompaQ’s PDA, uses StrongARM.”
