can hold up to 3,500 books, periodicals, and documents, says
Amazon.“Like the Kindle 2, the Kindle DX’s screen offers the latest
E-ink gray-screen technology with 16 shades of gray. However, it
also provides the larger 9.7-inch size (up from six inches) and
higher 1200 x 824 resolution (compared to 600 x 800). It also adds
accelerometers to let the device auto-rotate like a smartphone,
automatically switching from portrait to landscape as the device is
turned.”
