Come share your knowledge of Apache at this educational and
fun-filled gathering of Apache users, vendors and friends.
ApacheCon 2000 in Orlando was a huge success and attracted over
1,000 Apache users and supporters including:

o Open source software developers


o Apache software developers


o Web site administrators


o Technical managers responsible for running Web sites

Apache Software Foundation members are designing the technical
program for ApacheCon Europe 2000 that will include several tracks
and over 40 sessions planned.

Topics likely to be covered include:

o Security and eCommerce


o Securing Apache on Unix and Windows


o Java, PHP, Perl, TCL, Python


o XML, XSL


o Performance, load balancing


o Case studies

We are particularly interested in session proposals covering:

o basic Apache topics (installation, compilation,


configuration)


o scripting languages and dynamic content (mod_perl, mod_php,


mod_jserv, Tcl, Python, ASP, et cetera)


o tips for writing Apache modules
