BW: Coollogic, Announces Appointment of Edward Ghafari as Vice President

“Jim Reiss, CEO and chairman of Coollogic, a provider of
Internet Ready(TM) appliances powered by an embedded Linux
operating system, announced that Edward H. Ghafari will serve as
the company’s vice president of marketing. His responsibilities
include planning the strategic market roadmap for the current
family of Coollogic products, as well as identifying market
opportunities for future products and services.”

Mr. Ghafari brings more than 15 years of strategic
technology development, marketing and management experience to
Coollogic.
He has extensive expertise in business planning and
technology assessment for information and telecommunication
systems, with specific focus on customer premise equipment
(CPE).”

“With the recent launch of our Internet appliance powered by an
embedded Linux operating system, we are continuing to build the
necessary infrastructure to support the demand for our products,”
stated Reiss. “Edward Ghafari will be an outstanding addition to
