the third quarter ended November 30, 1999, an increase of 24%
versus the $4.4 million reported for the second quarter of fiscal
2000. The revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2000
reflect the adoption, in May 1999, of a subscription-based revenue
recognition policy. For the third quarter of fiscal 1999 the
Company reported revenue of $3.3 million.”

share, in the third quarter of fiscal year 2000, compared with net
income of $0.1 million, or $0.00 per share, in the third quarter of
fiscal 1999.”
