Minnesota–As you may have surmised, Linux
Today is pretty much closed for business today and for the holiday
weekend, as the US celebrates its Thanksgiving holiday.
As I write this from my in-laws’ new home in southern Minnesota,
my family and I wish all of you who celebrate this holiday a safe
and happy day. For those that don’t, too.
It seems natural, in the spirit of this day, to reveal the
things we are thankful for. For me, it is my family,
without whom none of what I do would mean anything.
I have been lucky to find myself working with this technology
and community that surrounds Linux, open source, and free
software–an idea that I firmly believe will change the face of
computing for ever. For that, I am thankful, too.
So be well, be safe, and be cool. We’ll see you on Monday.
Peace.
