Outsourced Community Pioneer and Open Source E-commerce
Applications Company to Market E-commerce Applications with Key
Communications Services.

“PeopleLink, the leading provider of complete outsourced
community solutions for the Internet, and OpenSales, Inc., the
leading open source applications company, today announced a
strategic alliance. Under the terms of the agreement, both
companies will refer their respective customers to each other as
well as enter into mutually supportive marketing campaigns. The
arrangement is effective immediately.”

“This agreement is a superb match because both PeopleLink and
OpenSales are in the business of offering value through outsourced
services,” said Steve Glenn, founder and CEO of PeopleLink. “Our
ability to provide solutions that promote consumers staying on
client sites longer will allow OpenMerchant customers to
incorporate community services such as real-time chat, message
boards, instant messaging, member directories, mailing lists,
interest groups, and PLink Light ™ System through their
business-to-consumer sites.”
