PRNewswire: eSoft Signs Red Hat Distributor, ACA Pacific; Expands Asian Operations

eSoft…announced the signature of a multi-country
distribution agreement with ACA Pacific Technology (Singapore) Pte
Ltd.
and the expansion of its Asian operations with the
opening of their Asia/Pacific regional headquarters in
Singapore.”

“eSoft and ACA Pacific Technology Pte Ltd, a Singapore
headquartered company, signed a comprehensive agreement under which
ACA Pacific will distribute eSoft’s Linux-based line of Internet
appliances throughout China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines,
Singapore and Thailand. ACA Pacific has formed a new division
within the company focused on the development of Linux sales
throughout Asia.”

“Additionally, eSoft will support ACA Pacific from its regional
headquarters located in Singapore. Ronald Lee, director of eSoft’s
Asian/Pacific Operations, will be managing eSoft’s Asia/Pacific
sales and technical support staff for the region and will also be
responsible for eSoft’s growth in this area. eSoft recently opened
an office in Korea to support sales operations in that country as
well.”
