"Linux proponents say the technology can help large
businesses do just about anything - even aid professional athletes
win championships.
At least that's what Joe Inzerillo, CTO for Chicago's United
Center, hopes. He has installed a Linux-based real-time video
system that the coaches for the Bulls basketball and Blackhawks
hockey teams use to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of
rivals.
"When you look at the resources and what you are doing with
them, it's clear that the Linux decisions we've made have let us do
a whole lot more with a whole lot less," Inzerillo says."
