"HancomLinux, Inc., the South Korean company that has marketed a suite of office applications with moderate success, has canceled the 'Professional' edition of its long-awaited Hancom Office 2.0.

"Those who paid in advance for the 'Professional' edition will be offered refunds, according to the company, which is expected to make a formal announcement that Hancom Office Professional has been dropped.

"The decision not to ship the more elaborate edition of the several-months-overdue product comes as Hancom breaks its ties with, with which it had been involved in a sometimes contentious association since last August.
