"LinuxWorld in San Francisco is only a month away. You might think that this means everything's set and ready to go, but the closer time comes for the convention and trade show, the more companies register. Small businesses with proportionally small advertising budgets might not sign up until a week before the show. Individuals and businesses who weren't sure their products would be ready in time might even show up at the very last minute to register for a booth.
