"Ian Ralph, an IT manager at a private school in
Sydney, called Sceggs, became a fan of open source technologies and
Linux twelve years ago when he built the school's first web server
using Linux.
""We used an old server (that had reliability issues) and didn't
really know what we were doing, but we learned a lot teaching
ourselves and the website was a bit of a novelty in those days so
we could afford to learn as we went," he said.
""Once people started to realise that a website was an essential
thing to have we sought and found good support for our Linux
installations." "Ralph is still using the same support over ten
years later"
