ComputerWorld: Movie group wants enjoined DVD site to stop hyperlinking

"Claiming that Web site creator Eric Corley used hyperlinking to evade a court injunction that prevented him from distributing a decryption utility for digital video discs (DVD), the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) filed a motion this week to prevent him from further hyperlinking activities...."

"While the MPAA acknowledged that Corley is no longer directly posting DeCSS on his Web site, www.2600.com, the association's petition claimed that Corley continues to violate the injunction by linking his site to other sites that post the utility."
