"Some antiestablishment acts are aligning with conservative record labels, but a few bands are waving the Napster banner."

"Three weeks ago, the rock band Metallica filed suit against Napster. Gangsta rapper Dr. Dre was next, stating in an April 26 press release, "I don't like people stealing my music."

"The lawsuits filed by the artists are based on the concern that getting music for free on Napster would kill sales. But all bands don't agree. In the past two weeks, the Offspring and Limp Bizkit have both come out publicly in support of Napster."
