"I think Linux is too open. I would be thrilled if the Linux kernel came with an LDAP directory service and forced all applications to use the security and configurations stored in that directory. What I like about the Windows NT world is that these services are integrated with one another today. Okay, it's not the best implementation, but it is a step in the right direction.
