contempt for the antivirus software market and that he didn't hold
his fire at the size of the industry. Whereas there are a handful
of browsers, word processors or spreadsheets, there are dozens of
antivirus companies, all doing good business.

with searching and sorting during the 1970s, or encryption during
the 1990s. Phil Zimmerman, the creator of PGP encryption, was
investigated and harassed by the government for years for putting
PGP out there. Now it's the basis of a thriving company."
