Release highlights of Untangle Next Generation (NG) Firewall 12.1 include new geolocation capabilities for all traffic that have been injected directly into the built-in Rules Engine, allowing sysadmins to create and apply rules based on client's country or latitude/longitude coordinates, as well as multiple enhancements to the user interface. The new Geolocation functionality has aslo been implemented in Untangle's widgets and reports components, and enables network administrators to much faster triangulate threats and immediately generate an appropriate policy response.
