"At a special awards ceremony held here today, LinuxWorld magazine announced the winners in the first-ever LinuxWorld Editors' Choice Awards. The event, held in conjunction with the LinuxWorld Conference & Expo, took place on the show floor at the San Jose Convention Center.
Products from both commercial vendors and from the open source and free software communities were considered for awards. Winners and finalists in 17 awards categories were honored with trophies."
