"Compaq Computer Corp. on Tuesday took its first step into the storage resource management market by introducing two new software packages."

"SANworks Storage Resource Manager (SRM) and SANworks Storage Resource Manager for Exchange were developed jointly with HighGround Systems Inc., Marlborough, Mass., said Rob Emsley, marketing manager for Compaq's Enterprise Storage Software Group."
