LinHES 8.3 Finally Makes the Switch to Kodi, Includes MythTV 0.27.4

With the 8.3 release, the LinHES distribution, which is currently based on Arch Linux, finally makes the transition from the deprecated XBMC Media Player to the brand-new Kodi application as the alternative media center, as the MythTV 0.27.4 software is also included. In addition, users can now easily install the Plex Home Theater app.
