For the health of our talkbacks: Avoid the urge to flame. There have been times when people have had really good things to say that are so laced with profanity and invective that they simply couldn't be posted. If a moderator lets a troll through, step in and deal with the troll reasonably: please don't compound the error.

God, this is a big problem. When posting talkbacks, you have to read every one. You get to a talkback that's on the line and you have to wonder a bunch of things. I used to take time to edit out profanity when I did it -- it's a pain in the rear end.
