Archinstall 4.5 Arch Linux Installer Adds AArch64 Support for GRUB and Limine

Coming three months after Archinstall 4.4, the Archinstall 4.5 release introduces AArch64 support for GRUB and Limine EFI installations, AArch64 root partition type GUID support, RT kernel variants from upstream, optdepends support for linux-firmware, and Norwegian, Serbian, and Vietnamese translations.
